Are your security guards licensed?
Yes. Pinnacle Protection holds NSW Security Master Licence 410709670 and every officer we roster holds a current NSW security licence. We are an ASIAL member and certified to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, audited every year.
Which areas do you cover?
Sydney, the Northern Beaches, the Illawarra, Wollongong and Newcastle. Tell us where the site is and we will confirm coverage when we quote.
How do I know the officer actually turned up?
Officers are GPS-tracked on shift and every site gets a written daily report: who was on, what happened and what needs your attention. "The guard was there" is something you can check, not something you take on trust.
Do you just send a guard, or is there a plan?
There is a plan first. Michael, our founder and an accredited security risk consultant, chairs a risk planning session for every new site before an officer is rostered. Post orders are written for your site, not copied from a template.
What happens if something goes wrong overnight?

What does security cost?
It depends on the site, the hours, the number of officers and the risk profile, so we do not publish a rate card. Send us the site, the dates and what you are worried about and you will get a written plan and a price. One-off events and rolling rosters are both fine.
