Who we are
Founded by a security risk consultant, not a labour-hire desk.
Pinnacle Protection has provided security for homes, schools, businesses and government sites for over 20 years, across Sydney, the Northern Beaches, Wollongong, the Illawarra and Newcastle.
Michael founded the company and still chairs the risk planning session for every new site. Issa, our first employee, now runs day-to-day operations and officer training. Mark, with forty years in the industry, checks that every site meets compliance standards. That is the whole management layer: three people you can name, and call.
We also train clients and their staff to stay alert, recognise a threat and deal with it, so the people already on your site are part of the plan rather than bystanders.
How we work
Every site gets the same four steps.
Built over 20 years so the officer at your gate knows the site before their first shift, and you know what happened on it every day.

A risk plan before the first shift.
Our management team, chaired by Michael, an accredited security risk consultant, works through the risks on your site and writes the plan your officers are briefed on. You see it before anyone is rostered.

Licensed is the starting point, not the finish.
Every officer holds a current NSW security licence. They then get site-specific instructions and ongoing training in customer service and sensitive environments: schools, places of worship, government sites, community housing.

GPS-tracked shifts and a report every day.
While officers are on site we track patrols by GPS. Each day you get a written report: who was there, what happened, and anything that needs your attention.

Compliance checked by someone with 40 years in the industry.
Mark, our Head of Compliance, checks that every site meets licensing, safety and quality standards. It is the same system our ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 auditors test each year.
